What started as a quest to conquer my own insecurities and confidence has turned into a system that has helped all of the new and frustrated Real Estate Agents, who I coach, step into who they really are and confidently show up in their Real Estate Business like never before.

About Your Real Estate Coach

I am Karla Jones Wilson, JD, LL.M. I am a seasoned Real Estate Attorney, Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Coach, who is affectionately known as "Karla The Real Estate Lady". During my 18 years in the Real Estate industry, I have represented individuals, business owners and investors and have closed over $275 Million in Real Estate transactions, which includes luxury homes, investment properties and commercial properties.

I am passionate about helping Real Estate Agents build wealth and helping them leave a legacy for their families using Real Estate. Although I started out as an Industrial Engineer after graduating from Purdue University, I quickly realized that I wasn't passionate about engineering and I wasn't using all of my God-given talents. So I decided to get a Law Degree (JD) and afterwards obtained a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.). After the completion of my legal degrees, I immediately found my calling in Real Estate.

I am very active within my community and serve on various non-profit Boards supporting women's and children's issues.  As a wife and mother of two, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. My passion and drive to help others was developed as a young girl. I watched my Mom use her bookkeeping and accounting skills to help small businesses grow, while taking care of her family. I saw the direct impact that she had on the business owners who she helped. I vowed to do the same and have been helping others grow their businesses and build wealth in Real Estate.
